Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Mama Pepa Lanzarote (hereinafter Mama Pepa) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity.
Contractual partner

Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather only an invitation to order.
By clicking the [Buy/order for a fee] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you as a consumer make use of your right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 4.1, you will have to bear the regular return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

We will only accept products that are returned due to an allergic reaction if the allergen was not identified in the product description.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory tax and other price components.
In addition to the stated prices, we charge a delivery fee for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Delivery
Delivery only takes place within Europe, postal shipping zone I, with the Spanish Post Correos.
The delivery time is 3-14 days, depending on the region. We will point out any different delivery times on the respective product page.
Payment
Payment can be made either in advance by bank transfer or by credit card. Cash can also be paid when picking up from the store in Uga.
If you choose the advance payment method, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Dispute resolution
