Participants in this Course will learn the basics of the cold soap making process so that they can safely make their own soaps with natural ingredients.
They will learn the chemical basis of the cold saponification process and the main reactions that take place in the various stages of the process:
• We will pay special attention to security;
• It is an interactive and participatory workshop. In it we will see the entire saponification process: from the ingredients, to a cured soap, tested (pH) and ready to use. We are going to form different working groups and each one is going to prepare a different soap. All participants will work on the process of making three soaps.
