Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. You can also complete and submit the sample withdrawal form or other clear statement electronically on our website (enter the Internet address). If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such revocation (e.g. by e-mail).

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication about the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

The right of cancellation does not exist for the following contracts:

The consumer has no right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling or service contracts concluded outside business premises if the entrepreneur – based on an express request of the consumer in accordance with Section 10 FAGG and a confirmation by the consumer of his knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal after the complete fulfilment of the contract had expired with the performance of the service and the service was provided in full,

Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period, goods which are manufactured according to customer specifications or which are clearly tailored to personal needs, goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded, products which are delivered sealed and which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, provided that their seal has been removed after delivery, goods which are inseparable from other goods after delivery due to their nature alcoholic beverages were mixed, whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence,

Goods that have been damaged deliberately or unintentionally due to improper use.

Goods that are returned due to an allergic reaction will only be accepted by us if the allergen has not been identified in the product description.

Consequences of cancellation.

If you cancel this contract, we have made all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer to have) to pay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fee for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You have the goods immediately and in any event within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract or for (here, if applicable, the name and address of the person authorised by you to accept the goods insert) to be returned or delivered. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary to verify the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
